Product Description

MONOFIC-1GM contains Ceftriaxone, a broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and is effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative organisms.

Uses

• Respiratory tract infections
• Urinary tract infections (UTI)
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Bone and joint infections
• Septicemia
• Typhoid fever
• Post-surgical infection

Dosage

As directed by the physician

Direction for Use

• For I.V. use: Dissolve the contents of vial in 9.6 ml of sterile water for Injection IP
• For I.M. use: Dissolve the contents of vial in 3.6 ml of sterile water for Injection IP
• Reconstituted solution should be used immediately
• Do not store the reconstituted solution
• Discard any unused portion

Storage Instructions

• Store protected from light
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C
• Keep out of reach of children

Caution

• If any foreign particle is visible after reconstitution, do not use the solution
• Return for replacement if required
